Return & Exchange
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for some reason you are not happy with the products you received, contact us within 28 days of delivery and we are glad to help with the return or exchange of the unworn items.
Important guildelines you should know before return or exchange:
1. We suggest to check your packages upon arrival. Any return or exchange request after 28 days of the delivery date are not accepted.
2. Due to sanitary reasons, only new unworn items with tag on it, can be returned for refund or exchange.
3. Please contact our customer service to get a return/exchange confirmation and return address within 28 days upon receipt. Do not send the package back to the sender's address on the package directly. We don't accept returned package without authorization from the support team.
4. All returned package should have a trackable tracking number.
5. Once we have received the returned package, we will be able the schedule the exchange package or the refund within 7 business days.
6. If there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in the package that caused the return or exchange, we will take charge of the shipping and handling fee.
7. Final sale items can not be return for refund or exchange.
* Customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation & Refund
You have 30 minutes to cancel since you placed the order. No cancellation is accepted after that since the order will start processing. We may cancel the order due to out-of-stock and in this case, you will receive the email notification about the order cancellation.
Once an order is canceled, the funds will be, and can only be returned through the original payment method. Usually, it may take up to 72 hours for the bank to process the returned funds.
